Code of Conduct
What Can Customers Expect from the Content Professional and Assistant?
The Content Professional or Assistant will dress appropriately for the job (plain black, Sony-branded, or Cristallo Digital Studio-branded shirts) unless shooting incognito.
They will always treat you with professionalism and respect.
The Content Professional may use a photo from the session for promotional purposes unless it falls under intimate portraiture (IP). IP images may only be shown to potential clients with cropping or blurring applied as needed.
Minor Photoshop adjustments can be requested within reasonable limits. All images will go through a standard post-processing workflow, including lighting, shadows, contrast adjustments, and sorting before final development.
By default, image files are calibrated for NuLab print labs, which may result in slight variations in color and contrast across different screens. If you have specific color profile requirements, please discuss them in advance.
The Content Professional will arrive on time, barring unforeseen circumstances. If significant delays occur, a partial or full refund of the retainer fee may be offered.
If weather conditions are unfavorable, a rescheduling option will be provided.
In the event of illness or injury preventing the Content Professional from completing the job, a full refund or a referral to a trusted industry professional may be offered.
Above all, the goal is to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience, delivering results that make you happy.
What Does the Content Professional Expect from Customers?
Respect the expertise of the Content Professional and Assistant.
Follow posing guidance, particularly for lighting adjustments—failure to cooperate may result in early termination of the session.
Avoid instructing the Content Professional or Assistant on how to do their job.
Disrespectful behavior will result in immediate termination of the session. While photoshoots can be stressful, treating the team with kindness and professionalism ensures the best outcome.
Understand that the Content Professional has a pre-existing knee condition and may require short rest breaks during long shoots. Additionally, assistants hired may have disabilities, as part of an effort to support inclusivity in the industry.
Do not offer alcohol or drugs to the Content Professional or Assistant.
The retainer fee must be paid in full before the day of the shoot.
Avoid multiple last-minute location changes on the same day. Locations are typically scouted in advance, and equipment is packed accordingly. Excessive changes may result in the session being null and void unless deemed reasonable.
By working together with mutual respect and understanding, we can create the best possible content while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
